Returns Policy

Return of product is subject to a number of requirements:

  • Only authorised returns will be accepted (contact us for authorisation and return delivery details);
  • All products must be returned within 7 days of receipt;
  • All products must be unopened, undamaged, unused and in as new condition;
  • All returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee;
  • Special orders and freight are non-refundable; and,
  • You will be responsible for shipping the products back to us and are liable for all freight charges.

HeadsetWorld reserves the right to reject any packages that appear to have been used or do not meet with the above criteria.

HeadsetWorld does not have to accept returns because you have decided that you do not wish to, or are unable to keep the item.

Any returns that are received outside of these terms will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

All requests for refund must be accompanied with proof of purchase from HeadsetWorld.

Refunds will not be issued until the product is returned to us in accordance with our Returns Policy.

HeadsetWorld will not provide a refund:

  1. Without proof of purchase;
  2. If you change your mind; or
  3. The goods are damaged.

Manufacturer’s warranty period is usually twelve months from the date of original purchase (keep your receipt!)
